MeroShare App itself a name included with share was dispatched by CDSC on September 16, 2020.

How to Download the MeroShare Application?

Who Can Access MeroShare App?
Anyone can Access MeroShare App from the Playstore but to use the login Procedure you must have a Demat Account.
What Is Demat Account?
“Demat Account” is the type of account that gives the holding features.
It defines the investment in shares, Bond, government Securities, IPO, FPO, Rights/bonus share, and mutual fund under one roof.
Open Demat account to invest in the Share Market
As an Investor, you can start your first step of investment by opening a Demat account.
To Begin trade we need a bank Account, a Demat Account, and a trading account.
How to Open Demat Account?
It is an easy task to open a Demat account. Demat Account Can be Created in two ways i.e offline or online.
Creating Offline Demat Account
1. Select the Depository Participants
- Nabil Invest is a licensed DP, registered from SEBON and CDSC Ltd.
2. Fill Application Form
- For the newly Demat Account fill-up the form and,
- Provide the KYC Details as Proof of resident identity, address proof, bank details, PAN card, and generation details.
3. Verification Interaction
- To bound with rules and regulations for ethical trading the bank observes your KYC Details.
- Necessary Charges are taken to open the Demat Account and the fees are varied from Bank To Bank.
4. Final Approval
- After the final verification of your KYC document, all guidelines are met then after,
- Your newly Demat account with a Unique Identification Number i.e CRN Number Provided by Depository Bank.
How to Create Demat Account Online?
- Visit the official Website of your DP i.e https://www.nabilinvest.com.np/depository-participant
- Fill up the form with all details about your address, name, contact number, e-mail address after that,
- To submit the filled form the OTP Number Popup in your Registered Mobile.
- Insert OTP to enter and provide KYC Details
- Your Demat account will be created and the account details are provided in the e-mail and mobile number.
MeroShare App Login Process
After the final approval of your Demat account within 3 days from the depository, Participant bank then,
Bank will send details of a MeroShare Login “Username and Password” in the E-mail you have given while filling the form.
Now you can log in through your Login Confidential “Username and Password”.

- First, you must have MeroShare App on your Android Device to download Click Here
- Tap to the MeroShare App icon to enter inside the login Interface.
- In the Login Interface, you will get three rectangular Columns to be filled i.e. Depository Participants, Username, and Password.
- Select the Bank from where you created your Demat account i.e Depository Participants
- Insert Login ‘Username and Password’ In the E-mail you received.
- After Your Complete filling, the Login Interface click “submit”.
- The MeroShare Dashboard Interface will open.
- You have Successfully Logged in to MeroShare App now you can see the Mero share Service content On the left of your mobile.

How to Apply Share from MeroShare App in Mobile?
- Click the “MeroShare App” Icon on the Mobile Home Screen.
- After you get the Dashboard wizard to apply New Share Select the “My Asba” option.
- Inside my, Asba tap the “Apply for Issue” option.
- Currently available Public shares will be listed and choose your targeted company.
- The minimum par value for IPO is Rs.100.
- The new interface will appear to insert the number of shares you want to purchase.
- After that, fill confidential CRN number given by Depository Bank and tap on agree to Submit.
- Finally, the submission of your purchase information Popup message appears i.e. “Submitted Successfully”.
- To access the shares tap my Asba features “Application Report”.
How to know Share Allotted information In MeroShare App?
I already discussed it in the features of meroshare app topic.
- Login to the MeroShare app to reach the “Dashboard” interface
- From the Dashboard Select, My Asba feature inside it taps “Application Report”.
- The applied list of shares will appear where you can see the allotted share quantity of the company.
How to get share trading details in MeroShare?
- For Share debit and credit details select “My Transaction History”
- Get Share trading details from the company name and with transaction date.
- Up to 3-month transaction details we can get.
- Just typescript to see the single company transaction history.
